Fnb ***** department

Fnb ***** department is useless to the core. I logged *****ulent activities on my account on the 5th of sep 2023 and asked them to stop these debits from going through, I also asked them to assist me in getting my refund from these network providers Mtn & Vodacom. All I was given was a ref number and yet again the same issue I was debited on the 30th of sep 2023 . I can't get hold of their ***** department i call and I'm made to wait even on the app.
