FNB ***** department
There were *****ulent transactions on my accounts. FNB said that because an OTP was sent to me they will not refund me. However when looking at the transactions you can clearly see the reference is not my usual reference and the transactions state TakeAlo so not even a real reference. I have escalated this and saw some other people had the same issue. This seems like someone got access to my bank account and could be an inside job as this also took place at 2 am and I reported it as soon as I woke up at 7am. Terrible service

I have still had no feedback and even tried to call the above number where I was told they don’t deal with hello peter queries. I honestly just want my money back that was taken and seems like it was an inside job because it happened a few days after I changed my password.
