He also requested a meeting to further validate these details. I fully comp**** with all such requests and submitted the required documents on *21 October 2025*, without delay.

Since that date, I have made several follow-ups to obtain clarity on the progress and outcome of the investigation. However, I have not received any substantive or detailed response from your office. The continued lack of communication and resolution — now extending for more than three weeks — is entirely unreasonable and inconsistent with fair administrative conduct and professional banking practice.

This ongoing restriction has caused material prejudice to my company. The inability to access business funds has directly impacted operational continuity, contractual obligations, and financial commitments.

Accordingly, I hereby formally request: 1. *An immediate written update* on the current status and progress of the investigation; 2. *A clear indication* of the anticipated timeframe for resolution; and 3. *Confirmation* on whether, in the event of continued delay, I am entitled to close the account and transfer my business banking to an alternative institution.

Please note that I have acted in good faith and in full compliance with every directive issued by the investigating officer. The protracted silence from FNB Investigations constitutes an unreasonable administrative delay, and I reserve my rights to escalate this matter or pursue any other appropriate remedy should this issue remain unresolved.

Given the seriousness of the matter and its impact on my business operations, I expect *a formal, detailed response within three (3) business days* of receipt of this letter.
