FNB ***** department

I was ****med 3 months ago. Gratefully the bank reimbursed me some of the money. However, it refuses to explain to me how this **** actually happened. Promises were made multiple times by the CEO office to give me an answer via their ***** department. This never happened. How can I trust a bank that is not honest and open with me? It may happen again and I will never know.
