FNB ***** department

Someone opened a ***** case against me and then dropped it once the issue was sorted . That happened 2 weeks ago and still I've received no word from FNB as to when my account will be unblocked . This has been dragging and not even the investigation officer has made contact with me with any update not did they contact me to say that my account is blocked . I found all this out on my own
