FNB ***** department

I met Marco through wazeen which is possibly my child's father I was pregnant at the time living with cousins family, during this period I met Marco his wife was never in the picturev because she was always working, Marko was forever boastingvshe was for always sending him money and they were rich and they were living lavishly. so it was not new to me for Rowena who is Marco's wife to send money to my easy zero account for him because she was far and he was always around thust making it easier for him to access the money. No one questioned and no one really cared. I mean at the end of the day at the bank did trust her with the money and with money of clients. Around May 2022 I transfered money from my salary into that easy zero account with the intention of investing it. Just to iacovee when I wanted to invest, my account was locked due to *****ulent activity. That money was going for stokfell and I lost out on 13000 because we were 10 friends who was involved and I for fitted my turn because I couldn't pay. FNB springs told me to get an affidavit which took long but got it. During that's me I moved to Nigel and eventually got the affidavit and went to FNB to seek assistance. That branch in Nigel failed me twice,v FNB at Springs mall promised that they would sort it out and send me an email which I have never received. Two weekends ago I went to the FNB in springs Mall again hoping for some assistance and I spoke to lovely lady who sang very interested and made a copy and said that she will give it to a manager the next working time my son is almost turning to and I've still not yet received my money and my account is still blocked ***** department takes to long they don't they don't follow up on their *****s they don't pay for my airtime or time you sit on the phone for hours it's it's ***** department for FNB has failed us in fact if FNB itself has failed me because I am a single mother of three sons and I am the one that I have to see them by myself. they just don't care. Till today I have had no feedback or money back which could have been more if you think of the interst.
