FNB ***** department

A very poor service provided by FNB. I registered a *****ulent internet purchase on my account on the 8 May 2024. They promised a 30 working day turn around time. After countless attempts to get assistance from them, there is still no repose from their investigation team. 17 July 2024 still no response.
