FNB ***** DEPARTMENT

My Business banks with FNB. I have a ongoing ***** case of R100000, My case was assigned to Thando Thalipi and this guy can not care less about my case NO CALL BACKS! NO ASSISTANCE!!!! Its been been 3 weeks!!!! Endless emails endless calls to the call centre keeping the line for 40mins at a time only to get cut of or to find out thando is not available! How can he be assigned cases if he is not available??????
