FNB ***** department

Absolutely shocked by the service I received by FNB ***** department. No one ever get back to you. They place the blame on you without providing any information. Money was taken out of my account without my knowledge or approval and they are holding me responsible. I never went into the app to approve or entered a OTP. If FNB is not able to protect its clients then what is the point of banking with them
