FNB ***** department

I am with FNB since it was stil Barcleys Bank. I always had good service with the bank upto I need assistance with the ***** Department. My problem was with another FNB client who stole my money and I reported this to the ***** department. Then after numerous emails and phone calls I got a short dismissal email from them saying they cannot help me. My thought is that they were protecting the guy who stole my money rather than helping me. So my advice to somebody wanting FNB ***** dept to assist you rather contact someone else.
