FNB denying me access to my money

I made an online purchase last Thursday from Adorama, it was declined and the money was reversed back into my account immediately. When I opened my online banking, I could see that the money was reflecting on my balance, however I cannot access it. I immediately contacted FNB to rectify the situation, they advised that I would have to fill out a dispute form (which I did the same day) and they’d sort it out, or that Adorama would need to submit a checklist of information (which they refused to assist me with). The disputes department is only reachable via email. Today, I emailed their Authorisation department, only to get an automated mail saying that they can only RESPOND to me in 5 working days. This is ridiculous, I now have to wait another week for my money? When all they have to do is delete the declined transaction for funds they already have. The camera equipment that I bought online, all went on sale on (black) Friday last week (which I have missed) as a result of this inconvenience. However, I simply cannot wait until they feel like getting around to contacting me and then put the deletion into motion. FNB is now impacting my livelihood, costing me with their deliberate negligence, I’m running out of time and I'm tired of speaking to an automated email responder. I need to access my money urgently.
