FNB Denying access to our money. they said 24/48hrs it would reflect and its been 2 weeks already

You guys don't even deserve a star, not so long ago i complained about my husbands account being frozen stating they are investigating, till today we have been waiting for the money that was in the account as it was activated, we were told it would take 5 days but its now months, ok fine since it was frozen my husband was getting paid using another bank and the mistake he did was transfer the money to that same acc and now they are giving us issues again, when we call about the money from capitec they said they are still checking acc with capitec, n worse part we are told it will take 24/48hrs for the money to reflect, its been 2 weeks hearing the same bull ****, we are now in debts while we have money and we have run out of fook, electricity and kids fees as well is owed, how does a bank where you keep money expect you to survive while they deny you access to your heard earned money? i mean if u cant offer us good service anymore why not say so we can close that account and take the money to another bank where they would be able to think about our needs as well. this was escalated but nothing is being done, its just promises that never happens, now we have to sleep with empty stomachs when we have money at the bank.

this is some bull**** bank. if you cant give one service anymore just tell him and give him all his monies to look for another bank that will take care of his money and give him access to his money, not stories month to month.

Mr Moruti's money is still due and you are denying access again whenhe was told it has been sorted and also the consultant do say its all good but we still dont see the funds on the acc.

Im disappointed that a whole bank can take this as a joke when they know we need money to survive. if it was me i would actually sue you guys and make you pay for all the things we now owe but im yet to deal with this because its an inconvenience to our kids and us as well.
