FNB dent and scratch cover is a ****

I took up a dent amd scratch cover with FNB and I sent through a claim for dents on the front bumper which are less than 15cm combined and the consultant came back with a rejection saying that my cover is not sufficient to cover damages worth R11000 and I explained to them how small the damages are. They would barely cost R1500 as it is a paint correction. Very dissatisfied as it seems all they want to do is collect from clients but never uphold their end of the deal. I mean even if they sent an assessor or I went to them directly the would see with their naked eye that the damage is minimal for a R11000 quotation. I sent them pictures the first time and they wanted more pictures after I explained that you will not see the dents if I take pictures from a full car picture but if I focus on the areas where the dents are then you can see what to fix.

Still FNB rejects my claim without sending me to their trusted “partner” to examine the dents and scratches on my vehicle. I have explained time and time again that the dents and scratches do not amount to 10/15cm of a ruler. Did they bring anyone to access or send me to a dealer that they are working with to examine, no but they did a quotation based on assumptions even after I sent the pictures to show that it is dents and scratches not damages that require panel beating. This is pure **** and day light *******.FNB must just return my premiums at this stage if they are going to reject my claim with physical examination of the vehicle
