FNB denies me from doing eWallet

I logon to online banking and try to pay my staff member R550 via eWallet as I normally do. Do transact either with my iPhone or with my laptop every week. Today's transaction can't happen because my online banking limit for eWallet has been set to R350 from R1500. Reason for this is that my laptop is not a 'Trusted' device even thought I've been using it to make 10s of thousands every month. FNB says this is their security measures and there's nothing I can do about this.

My iPhone's screen is broken and I can't use it. Only the laptop is available for use. But I can't transact. My limit cannot be fixed (It should be R1500 but their 'intelligent' system set it at R350). My laptop that I use every month is now NOT A TRUSTED device.

In short. FNB is not as innovative and HELPFUL as they say. I can't pay my staff. Poor guy can't buy groceries now. This is affecting my business. What a bank!!!! Sies!!!
