FNB Delmas Branch

Delmas branch consultant keeps clients on waiting line outside the bank whilst chairs are empty inside...this is worse service ever as consultants inside finish service of clients with no next person to serve..FNB is now the new home affairs . The worse service on waiting, why is the Client self service ticket system not being used ?
