FNB Delivery Service

This is absolutely pathetic service, i order a sim due to my phone being ******, i was never informed i need my ID at delivery and when i explain to them that i need the sim as in now, i was answered with an arrogant and ****y attitude, FNB is this is the people that need to keep your name high, you need to reconsider and fast.
