FNB Deliberatley Delaying Transfer

I sold a property last year and FNB was the lender for the buyer. That transfer was also held up by the FNB and they came with all sorts of excuses. This time they have granted two buyers buying from me bonds as well. The conveyancer was ready to lodge weeks ago but the Banks Attorneys keeps making all sorts of excuses for the delay. First they said they had the incorrect property details but its their valuator that came out. Next their attorneys Velile Tinto Cape inc said the bank using a new system that takes 48 hours to upload then 7 days to capture and lodge. Well its a week since everything was captured and still nothing. Now these attorneys Velile Tinto Cape inc are saying there's a backlog on the bank side. Clearly this bank doesn't care about the loss incurred on my(sellers) side. They don't care about the little guy and that every delay is a big loss. If this was a developer or big transfer this would not have happened. FNB along with their transferring attorneys seem totally uninterested and nonchalant about any losses.

So still unresolved. Now this bank comes back and says they made a mistake on the interest rate amount. So the buyer must request an amendment to change the interest rate to 11.30%. Then Upon receipt of the amended instruction, the buyer has to resign the Mortgage Loan Agreement. All further deliberate delays on the 11th hour by First National Bank. How can a bank take 2 months and then find more errors in their own documents right at the end. If they not completely *********** then surely the deliberate in costing honest hard working people money! Dont ever deal with this bank, there ****gish/bullying ways knows no bounds.

Still waiting on FNB. Its now been 23 days since my original post and still FNB are messing around. The most *********** not bank...organization ever. No regard for clients or the average person trying to survive. This again is nothing more than a blatant in you face act to show that a big Company can walk all over little people without any fear or regard. How can 1 property transfer take 2 months and all the Attorneys say is " We waiting on proceeds from FNB". Absolute *******, just like Fist National Bank!
