FNB Deletes Emails without Reading and DID NOT resolve my PayPal Issue

They CLEARLY think my previous complaint was a JOKE!

First they respond to HelloPeter thanking me for the compliment (IT WAS A COMPLAINT) and then they put what SHOULD have been - that they are working on the complaint.

THEN this morning I get a notification that my email was DELETED and NOT READ - so they don't even read emails..

CLEARLY a bunch of clowns - I WILL be sharing on social media (660 contacts in Facebook alone) and I will be making plans to move my Business Account to a competent bank.
