FNB delays our building project.

DNB is delaying our building process with excuses that domt make sense. We submitted all documents tjey said we should submit. At first tjey said they won't do a layout because we have changed the builder, we then advised that the bank is well aware that the builder was changed, they then came with a second excuse to say we have been building for a long time. But that is exactly the reason why our process is delaying. We had to fund this project from our pockets at some point. And because of their delayed payouts builders have left us. All we want is for our family to have a home. We cant take this account to a different bank as we still in the middle of building. We qualify for the amount we asked for, but they are still delaying us.
