FNB Delayed transaction

This bank is something else, from 25 December 2024 to 31 December 2024 while doing virtual transaction money went out from my account, now am told that its a delayed transactions??? like how so if the money went off my account?

Where did the money go, now 23 January 2025, those delayed transaction are taken now am on a minus R 1 985.00, Ai voetsek FNB am changing this stupid and manipulative bank
