FNB Delay on Section 205

I was ****med R8500. I requested FNB to block the account after reporting *****. I reported the case to the police. I sent an e-mail making a follow up FNB Section 205 subpoena but FNB kept quite. The Investigating Officer also sent section 205 from court but FNB kept quite. I have sent 2 mails making a follow up regarding section 205, FNB is still quite and no response. The person who ****med me has FNB account. FNB 's lack of response regarding the section 205 from court gives the perpetrator enough time to run away. So disappointing. I wish they treated the matter with urgency and sensitivity.
