FNB delay in home loan, losing bond & client

Hi since the 23rd September I had Ooba apply to the banks for a home loan. The main approval in principle I got from Standard bank on 1st October 2019. The bank I use is FBN & they have been dragging their feet badly. The 10th of October 2019 I got a call from Lerato (FNB Home loans) to say they need 4 to 5 more working days to provide me with an AIP. Now this kind of delay is going to lose FNB a bond & maybe even a client. My bond approval expiry date is the 14 October & if FNB comes in late they'd better come in with an offer 1% below what Standard Bank is offering. You can never be bragging about being the best digital bank but then your staff in home loans are useless. I left ABSA 10 years ago because of their poor service, I got no issue doing it again. Get your ish together FNB.

FNB continued to slack off with my bond approval & has since lost a bond. I went with Standard Bank.
Your home loans department was terribly slow & silly useless things was asked of me thru Ooba.
Fnb lost a bond & a client.
Thanks for nothing Fnb.
