FNB Defective Forex Systems Debacle
So here we go again with FNB's defective systems. In just over a week of my complaining on Hellopeter.com about FNB's Forex systems being defective, I once more receive the below email from FNB and low & behold I am still unable to complete the process online:
Forex transfer application with Reference Number:R024NF7TF0
Your FNB account was allocated funds from an offs**** account, however you are required to authorise the release of these funds into your account.
Please bear in mind you have 30 days in which to complete this transaction. Should you not do so, the funds will be returned to the originating bank and you may be charged the costs relating to this returned transaction. To complete this transaction via FNB Business Online Banking, follow these steps: Step 1: Login to FNB Business Online Banking Step 2: Select the Forex tab Step 3: Select Global Receipts tab Step 4: Select the payment you wish to authorise Step 5: Complete the reason for the transaction and request a quote Step 6: Review and accept quote
Should you have any queries, please contact your Banker or the Forex Advisory Team on ***, option 2, for assistance.

When I complained a week earlier I received several emails from FNB with "appologies" and they were going to "look into this issue", but here we are once more where my time is wasted by having to phone FNB Forex to have funds owed to my company released into our account. Furthermore I pointed out to FNB the Deadbeat "Private Banker" assigned to my account that is incapable of responding to a single email for which FNB has neither addressed this problem. I am not accepting any further "appologies" from FNB when they are merely empty words. Actions always speak louder than words! There is an exceptionally simple way of resolving this ongoing debacle FNB and that is assign me a proper Private Banker who's role is to service your Private Wealth clients and whenever the client has an issue the Private Banker should immediately step in an assist and not make the client have to chase the bank round the block for service. Time is money FNB - you of all people should know this! Why is this so difficult for you to resolve FNB ??????????????????????
