FNB defective ATM's are standard *******
ATM swallowed money, can't get help from FNB. Withdrew cash at FNB atm. Money did not come out slot. Machine then reversed money issue but did not credit account.

28 May 2020, 14:17I visited your Delmas branch to log a complaint to be told an FNB ATM, branded as an FNB ATM is not FNB's problem. They are aware that that specific ATM is problematic but are unable/unwilling to fix it. When i asked to whom i can complain, i was told the shop owner is paid to have the atm in his shop, it is his problem.
This is FNB's deputy branch manager telling me FNB disavow any responsibility for their own branded atms. So much for customer service.
