FNB deducts fees for alleged un-paid items

<p>FNB Private banking is pathetic and I believe the MOST expensive bank in SA. For the past 3 months I've had "unpaid item's" charged to my account. They don't say what it is for, its just unpaid items! Last month the fee was R110 x 2, NOW THIS month its R155. I have emailed them through my online banking app, and no-one gets back to me. I then went onto their PATHETIC "live" chat to a group of "my private bankers" no answer.</p> <p>Personally I think they just deducting a thumb suck fee for un-paid items. The strange thing is that I have no debit orders going off my account, so I don't know where unpaid items come from. I am lodging a complaint at the ombudsman for banking.</p>
