FNB DEDUCTION MONEY 9 DAYS EARLIER THAN STATED

FNB deducted my Personal Loan repayment from my current account on the 23 July. According to the Detailed Balance on my my Personal Loan, next payment date is the 31 July. The next payment date of the 31 July has been in the Detailed Balance for the last two weeks. FNB deducted the money 9 days earlier. If FNB does bother to answer, I am sure it will be some *********** answer by an employee who is not interested or cannot provide any answer.
