FNB deduction for false transcations

FNB is syphoning money out of my account and claiming that I for 4 transactions without funds in my account. They deducted R560.00 for this. It does not even show what the 4 transactions were for. I’m highly upset and feel that I have been ******. I need an explanation and want my money back.
