Fnb deducting without consultation. Again.

So currently I have just started a new position and have made critical changes in my finances, living arrangements and proffesional career.

I have been threatened by Fnb that they have tried to call me but I have no physical proof of this.

Further to this not once has Fnb called to discuss with me as a client as to how they may assist me given my circumstances.

The monies deducted today and most likely due to be deducted again tonight - inhave been through this with Fnb before - can be refunded. The full R2500 can then be deducted off my account at the end of the month as per prior agreement.

This will then stay in place without issue until the total amount owed is paid in full and concluded.

I still have basic living expenses to cover until the end of the month.

Considering we all need to live, I think the above request is fair?
