FNB deducting money without consent for some campa

FNB took it upon themselves to select me for their responsible lending campain, and deduct R3200 from my account<br> without my consent!!! this is my company bonus I put in the bank(not their money I borrowed) as I did not want to carry <br> cash around this time of the year, imhave phoned them and sent emails to their complaints department, but have had <br> no response, IS THIS LEGAL????
