FNB deducting money *******ly while under debt review.

FNB deducted money from my account for the second time after even though I am under debt review. Last month FNB deducted an amount of over R2000 from my account towards my loan account. I had contacted them and informed them about this and they said it should take 48 hours to be reversed. 5 days later I got my money back after this was FNB's ******* mistake. Again today FNB deducted an amount of over R1900 again!! Towards my loan account while I have been under debt review for months and honored the foresaid and agreed arrangements. Now I will have to wait 5 days again after I contact them to once again reverse the money the *******ly deducted from my account. Its seems that this a a problem for many. Absolutely dissapointed with FNB. Why do I have to wait 5 days if its their fault? And why do they keep deducting money when im under debt review???? Maybe I should consider changing to a bank that doesnt *******ly take money from my account. Seroiusly I wont recommend FNB to anyone.
