Fnb

Telephoned FNB to ask for email address to cancel my bond. I spent 8 mins listening to a recording, had to put my ID number in twice and was told it was incorrect third time it was accepted, same number. I was then put through to a person who sent a 20 page document to me. Email came back with invalid address. I phoned again, same story, another recording, 3 attempts to put my ID in, had another recording. Requested to speak to a person, finally spoke to a person who didnt know the email address, assured me he would transfer me to a person, he didnt, got another recording, 2 attempts to put my ID in before it was accepted Finally another person, I very politely explained what I required, she put me on hold. 15 minutes later I was still on hold. I have spent a total of 30 minutes and still do not have the correct information. I am disgusted by the unprofessional conduct of FNB and by the service or rather lack of service I have received
