Fnb declines creditcard application but offers you pvt wealth acc?? No debt, no itc problems but you get declined

I have been with fnb now for a year and i have no debt but cant even get a creditcard? So the excuse of affordability is not an option seeing i have no debt so pls tell me what is the excuse now?? Also on your app it says i have 27 monthly expenses which os alos false i dont even have 5k expenses seeing all my stuff is paid up!! You decline my creditcard card app but approve a pvt wealth acc?? So your own app knows i earn alot but i cant even get a creditcard?? Also transunion exct all tells me sir you have good score and no problems so how can fnb decline me all the time?
