FNB DECLINED PURCHASE TRANSACTION

It is with great displeasure that i write this , i was looking at my Transaction history I noticed i have 3 declined transactions R8 each that i know nothing about which have been costing me. I have been trying to call them but just end up being in the queue for a very long time and it doss not help that their number is not toll-free.
