FNB declined my bond for no reason after they approved it
FNB approved my bond on a Friday, I paid the attorneys, the attorneys paid the various charges such as Transfer Duty, Certificates, Rates, levies etc & FNB declined the bond on the next day over an insurance issue that was resolved and dragged the process for over 2 weeks with no feedback. Who the **** is going to reimburse me for the money the attorneys spent????
They forced me to look at other FSP's by declining the bond, so I'm trying to move all my existing bonds and accounts over to whichever bank approves the bond.
FNB is a circus that gives telkom and eskom a run for their money.

03 Aug 2022, 13:32FNB now assigned the same consultant who was involved in the process since the bond was initially declined. There were multiple escalations which still resulted in the bond being declined.
I requested to speak to anyone in management multiple times and got nowhere.
What is the point of doing the exact same things and expecting a different outcome? (definition of insanity)
All I have been asking for, was to speak to the retarded *********** idiot that approved the bond and then rejected the bond.

08 Aug 2022, 14:14The transfer attorneys are claiming 90% of the amount I paid because they are ready to lodge. The work was done on their side. This is purely the result of FNB first approving my bond.
Who the **** is going to reimburse me for the losses I have incurred due to an error on FNB's side?????

10 Aug 2022, 15:43Section 14 of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, specifically makes a provision for owners to insure their own units should the body corporate fail to do so.
This is why the transfer attorneys are not refunding my R55000, which means FNB ********ly withdrew my bond which was initially granted.
I am currently pursuing legal action against all parties involved, **** your escalations!
