FNB declined foreign transfer issue

Recently I've been getting these declined foreign transfer messages on my FNB app. They come with charges incurred on my account. It would be understable if the transactions were of my doing, but they aren't. This occurs multiple times a day, and it disappoints me that this is happening on my FNB account.
