FNB 'Declined Foreign T457' - **** or what?

There was a time FNB was really a credible and reliable bank. I closed both my FNB accounts late last year after constantly receiving a notification of a 'Declined Foreign T457'. I don't know what in the world that was but it just kept accumulating bank charges.
