FNB 'Declined Foreign T457' - **** or what?

There was a time FNB was really a credible and reliable bank. I closed both my FNB accounts late last year after constantly receiving a notification of a 'Declined Foreign T457'.

I don't know what in the world that was but it just kept accumulating bank charges. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when I found out that FNB was the only bank in SA one can link their PayPal account with. No problem, so ast week I open a new easy account for this purpose (as linking my other bank was just a hassle).

I made 1 ATM withdrawal at an FNB ATM & bought airtime once on the account since opening it, but lo and behold 'Declined Foreign T457' is back with 3 failed deduction attempts.

FNB I just can't with you! Now I'm incurring charges for something I have no idea what it is? How can one permanently get rid of this cause it's just ridiculous, honestly!!
