FNB 'Declined Foreign T457' - **** or what?

There was a time FNB was really a credible and reliable bank. I’m constantly receiving a notification of a 'Declined Foreign T457'. I’m not happy with FNB at all ,they have unknown charges.I won’t recommend FNB to anyone because wow.
