FNB 'Declined Foreign T412

Hi Team

can you please advise why I constantly have this decline Declined Foreign T412 charging me R8.50, I do not understand why this is happening, I'm losing out on money and I did not make any transaction, this is becoming an annoyance ca you please fix.
