FNB DECLINED FOREIGN T ****

I registered for PayPal service and successfully link my fnb account with PayPal. I had some money on my fnb account R400 when I link the PayPal and fnb I was charged R31 which is normal. I was left with R369, after some few hours on my fnb account my bank balance was R284. I checked the transaction history I had 10 declined transactions named " declined foreign T 479056***". R85 GONE WITHOUT A TRACE. FNB is really disappointing
