FNB decides to just take my money
I settled my FNB Credit Card on 4 July 2019. Today an amount of R1600 off my cheque acc. Why has this money come off my account when I settled it? I called FNB to be told that the funds should be been transferred from straight to budget ( or vice versa). Nobody informed me of this and now I am R1600 short. I would like my money returned back to me ASAP. As a Premier customer, I do not need this kind of service from a bank that I have been with for 15 years!!!

31 Jul 2019, 11:50Fnb called me on Friday and said that I would have the R1600 refunded back to me. Which has not been done. And then they did move the funds from straight to budget and said there was extra money due to me which they would pay to my cheque acc. I am still awaiting this to happen.
