FNB Deceives On Applications For Credit Card
FNB takes the crown for being the biggest, misleading and uncaring bank!
They advertised a credit card. I took it. Now nothing looks like what was said on the application form, they said I'd pay R100 and something for a limit of R1000. Now tgey go and split the limit to straight and balance , my limit was R700 and they placed an invitation charge on that R700 and the account was in the red. The high and mighty comes and debit my account for way higher than what we agreed on the application form. REVERSE PAYMENT? Send an email because the team that deals with this doesn't take calls ???? Why did I fall for that **** of an adverti*****t of a credit card!
Even if you express your dissatisfaction to a consultant, it's still encument on you to go report yourselves to the complaints team. I work for a bank and the second a client expresses dissatisfaction, the world would go fall on you if you don't report it so that the clie t relationship can be fixed.
