FNB deceives customers to ***** their money

On the 26th of September 2016 a friend of mine transferred me money into my account as I was expecting some debit orders to go off my account. Immediately after the money was deposited into my account I received an SMS indicating I have enough money for the debit orders to go through. The debit orders went off and I received an SMS indicating that the debit orders went off successfully and I had a balance of R126.00. Twenty-one minutes later another SMS notification came through telling me my account was in excess. Come midnight my account was debited with an amount of R150.00 for #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 2 ITEMS ON 16/09/. Can I please request that my R150.00 be refunded back into my account as my account was never in excess. My id number is 840 ********** 080.
