FNB Deceased Homeloans

Old mutual paid up my father's home loan account on Tuesday last week but I have not received any refund forms or what I should send in order to get the refund. I have been liaising with Khensani Seziba about the matter, the last time we spoke she said finance had approved & allocated the payment.

I called the call centre this about the form & I have not received it on my email which is ***.

I am frustrated because Tebogo said the refund would be done in 5-7 days & I have creditors breathing down my neck. I would like FNB to speed up the refund process by Thursday to be paid.

I can't get hold of Khensani.
