FNB DECEASED ESTATES - WITHOLDING FUNDS

We are attorneys dealing with a deceased estate. We submitted all the documents to have a deceased estate account closed in June 2023. It is December and we are still waiting. We make weekly calls to the one number that is available and when you speak to someone, it is always the same story... The matter has been escalated. There are no supervisors or other staff to assist. It is extremely frustrating as FNB is preventing us from winding up the estate. in September, we were told that the funds would be paid.
