FNB Deceased Estates

I am the sole heir of an uncomplicated deceased Estate. Documents / Masters letter authoritising release of Deceased's funds were submitted in October 2023. Payment has been 'in the queue' for 3 months. Attorneys follow up calls / emails are subjected to 48 hour response times. Deceased Estates phone number changes regularly without notice and the matter is 'escalated' weekly without response. It's been a merry go round frought with ineffectual communications, blocked access to Administrators and unacceptable rolling delays. Incredibly poor service from FNB / Deceased Estates.

FNB responded promising assistance. Promised Attorneys assistance. No further steps taken to respond to the Attorneys email Attorneys called this morning to follow up and the matter has once again been escalated. It's obvious the matter has been put back into the same ineffective FNB SYSTEM. This is completely unacceptable. FNB have not taken any action action except to make a. send a perfunctory email

FNB have shuffled my complaint around with no change. Contact number is still direct to a call centre consultant and matter is still escalated to cyber space. Not good enough FNB.
