FNB Deceased Estates Department

This is a formal complaint against the Deceased estate department of FNB. This estate was submitted to FNB Deceased Department on the 26 of June 2024. When I followed up again today, it was a struggle to find the matter only to find out that this case is still on the 1st step – Validation. NOTHING WAS DONE.
