FNB Deceased Estates = DECEASED/NON-FUNCTIONAL department!!!

I have been very patient with FNB regarding the opening of an estate late account. However, I have reached my wits end now, as it has taken them a full YEAR with no success to open this account. I have submitted all the required documents have made numerous follow ups and just get told that they will get back to me. This is extremeley friustrating as they state that the turn-around time is 30 days while we are now past 300 days! Really dissapointing as I am an FNB client for all other banking need and cannot believe the pathetic service I am getting from this department.
