FNB Deceased Estates

I have been dealing with an ongoing issue since November with regards to getting assistance from the deceased estates department, I am frustrated as it is causing me stress and anxiety and I am still dealing with My wife's death (which happened on the 14th September 2021), this is a big issue and I am struggling to make things work with all the delays regarding this matter.

I have been patient for several months now and I am trying to get some traction on this. Please let me know urgently as this cannot continue in this manner.

I have not gotten any joy from the Deceased estates department and have been pushed from pillar to post when calling into the call centre lines.

Please assist me on a way forward.

Just a further note, my Home Loan was ceded against a life policy on my late wife and they do not want to fill out a document so that my account can closed, I have been forced to pay the home loan each month while there is money pending to pay off the Home Loan since November 2021.
