FNB Deceased Estates

We are the Executors in a late estate where the deceased had accounts at FNB. Have been trying to get any info from FNB Deceased Estates since 29 September 2020. and 4 times after that. Do not get any feedback from FNB Fiduciary or the Deceased Estates Department. Have sent all the relevant documentation to them, please help me.
